Anglers can now seamlessly post images or videos and edit privacy settings and location from the beginning of a post. Users can also tag fellow Anglers, Pages, Groups, Species and more with the new post utility bar. But that’s not all! Now, users can respond to post comments with images. Let’s get posting…
Include Your Location
To quickly and easily add the post location to your post, tap the waypoint icon on the post utility bar. Select your exact location if GPS services are enabled. Otherwise, drag your fingers on the screen, and pinch and zoom to navigate to your exact location.
Keeping track of locations you experience activity on the app can be a great tool to reference when you’re planning upcoming trips, or referencing past trips.
Edit Post Privacy
Choose where your post will appear with our Post Privacy settings. Choose whether you’d like to post publicly or privately, or to a Page you manage or a Group you are part of.
With our latest update, we wanted posting to be easier than ever. Now you can manage all of your posting options in one location.
Post Multiple Items
You can now tag other Anglers, Groups, Pages and more from the ease of the post utility bar. Simple type “@” or select it at the top of your keyboard. Begin typing the Angler, Group, Page or Species name and select from the pre-populated list.
You can also post multiple photos and videos and easily add and remove additional photos or videos from this first step.
Not sure what to post? Upload a photo or video to engage with other app users on anything and everything fishing. Just be prepared to answer questions regarding specifics in the comments!
